Got the latest boards and they're looking pretty nice. The 60mm bridge has 8 neopixels and an ATTINY85 micro to control them. I'm going to assemble one soon to see if it works...

i would make it enig, and only remove soldermask from the quake logo
So it looks golden!

Do you have a recommendation on where to have one of these boards made?

https://jlcpcb.com/ is your best bet for the price. I've used them for design up to 6 layers and their quality is pretty good.

Oh... If you're ordering the fan bridge, I need to update the design. Working on it right now...

EDIT: Made an edit to the fan bridge by increasing the holes for the fan screws, now V2.2.

The cost of making these PCBs is really inexpensive. The majority of the cost will be the shipping and extra components. The fan carrier will cost the most because of the fans. Here's an example of the cost for the raw PCBs from JLCPCB.

If you order, DON'T FORGET TO OPT FOR REMOVAL OF "Mark on PCB"! This removes the inhouse serial numbers which they silkscreen on the top side of the PCB. Annoying and very hard/impossible to remove after!

Thanks. I put an order in for the boards. Now I just need to get the parts.

When I made my SLI bridge cable years ago I did not shorten the floppy cable. It works but this will look much better.

Thanks for taking the time to make these board designs and post them up.

I have no experience ordering PCB's myself, just throwing out there that I would be interested in getting one if someone ordered 5+ and is not using one! Or to take part in a new order with more interested people 😀 cheers

EDIT: mostly interested in the one with fans! want to get what's best for those puppies :')
