https://jlcpcb.com/ is your best bet for the price. I've used them for design up to 6 layers and their quality is pretty good.
Oh... If you're ordering the fan bridge, I need to update the design. Working on it right now...
EDIT: Made an edit to the fan bridge by increasing the holes for the fan screws, now V2.2.
The cost of making these PCBs is really inexpensive. The majority of the cost will be the shipping and extra components. The fan carrier will cost the most because of the fans. Here's an example of the cost for the raw PCBs from JLCPCB.
If you order, DON'T FORGET TO OPT FOR REMOVAL OF "Mark on PCB"! This removes the inhouse serial numbers which they silkscreen on the top side of the PCB. Annoying and very hard/impossible to remove after!
