In the video information section, I can select the monitor and VESA but not the video chipset. The graphics card is an A-Trend S3 Trio64V2.

But considering same type is used everywhere else across the board - that's a bypass capacitor, and 100 nF rated at 6v or higher should be the adequate value.
Any mlcc will do. SMD or packaged in yellow blobs - it's the same. The glass ones also had a mlcc capacitor embedded in the glass.
