i had dosbox working with Alien Logic for 2 days now wheni run it i get an error
my conf file has the following set at the end to mount and load the game

[autoexec]
# Lines in this section will be run at startup.
mount c D:\games\Dos_Games
imgmount d "d:\games\Dos_Games\alien\cd\alien-cd.cue" -t iso
c:
cd alien
alien

this game has 1 data track and 5 audio tracks
and this worked fine for 2 days or so
then whist i was trying to set another game up in the same way "phantasmagoria" i was having trouble getting it to run so to check everything over i ran alien logic and that now wouldent run either

if i change my conf to load the bin it loads fine but then crashes when it trys to play the aduio track
the cue file just failes to mount with the following error

imgmount d "d:\games\Dos_Games\alien\cd\alien-cd.cue" -t iso
could not load image file d:\games\Dos_Games\alien\cd\alien-cd.cue
MSCDEC: Failure: Path not valid

the path is correct i have checked several times and it did work originally i havent changed the conf file since i got it to work

i have a separate conf file for each game i am compleatly lost why this has stoped working

iv tryed reinstalling dosbox but has made no diffrence

the cue file does apear formated correctly
and the line does point to my bin file
i also tried creating a new cue/bin with a diffrent game
which dident work im using cdrwin to create the files
it was when i created the new files that the problem apeared the new game dident work i then went back to see how alien logic was setup to compare
at which point it wouldent work
but it did work to start with
i havent edited the cue files since creating them and they havent bean moved after creating the where created in the correct place

MSCDEC: Failure: Path not valid
means that something is wrong with you cue according to dosbox.

can you post the contents of you cue file ?

You don't need the path in the CUE file. As long as you keep the CUE and BIN in the same directory, the filename alone is sufficient.
