RAM on the board:
3x 32MB SDR 133MHz
1x 128MB SDR 133MHz
A very good friend of mine, who is not into retro computing, gave this to me. Works perfectly.
What processors would you put in it? Can it take two of the Pentium III Tualatin Pentium III 1400S processors? I know this board has a 133MHz FSB and so does the Pentium III 1400s
This motherboard ran Slackware Linux it’s entire life as I have plenty of computers running Linux I am thinking to run Windows 2000 (as it has SMP) does anyone know if Haiku 32-bit has SMP? I believe Arca OS supports SMP.
I have two Voodoo 3 graphics cards (dunno what model of Voodoo 3 they are) from this same friend… I think it would be cool to run them both at the same time, but i don’t know if Windows 2000 ever ended up supporting SLI… might go with Windows XP Pro as I understand it supports SMP and SLI (correct?). I also need to find out if Arca OS and/or Haiku 32-bit support SMP and SLI… your suggestions welcome!
I have a RIVA TNT2 graphics card I will probably use with it until the Voodoo 3 cards arrive.
For storage 1 have 2 128GB mSATA SSDs in this adapter 2.5” adapter: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B01GR ... asin_title
This board maxes out at 2GB RAM so any suggestion on what 512MB RAM sticks I should buy?
