If you bought it from GOG then GOG should support you.

They can receive a ticket, work the ticket with the user that submitted it. It's not difficult. If is then they need to close up shop.

they can help you out with the problem, they sell the game, so they should help you. They have a ticket system, just open one with the problem + screenshot and you will get an answer pretty fast.

i have the same issue pls let me know if you found a resolution
