This person had a similar issue, but I don't know if I can apply any of his experience to my problem. I don't remember seeing the BIOS setting he's talking about.

Getting a lot of invalid page fault errors in Windows 98

Installing a different version of the Ti4200 driver didn't help, and required a few go arounds before it would "catch" so possibly the whole config of the Ti4200 is now a bit messed up. Works in 3DMark though.

I did not find the BIOS setting of the link above in my BIOS. Any other suggestions, or should I just do a clean reinstall and see if TOCA will work when installed ASAP after installing W98, chipset drivers and Ti4200 45.23?
