The system is: 440bx board with Pentium ii 350mhz overclocked to 456mhz fsb 133mhz and 128megs sdram and sb16 with opl3. directx 9.0a and win98se my 3dfx voodoo 3 velocity 100 8mb has a great fan and a very big metal cooler 😉 checked the pictures, enjoy 😀

The card dont get hot anymore, even at the back of the card. I flashed it with modded bios for normal voodoo 3 16mb. copied over the modded glide2x.dll to windows system and each games that needed it and i made the registry hack for 2 tmu. i overclocked it to 166 mhz.

i tried several games... and everything runs great
need for speed ii se in glide mode, nfs porsche max details with glide mode too with edited ini. ( its seem to run at 60 fps with maximum detail at 1024 x 768.

1. But is it possible in glide mode to have higher resolution like 1280 x 1024 in porsche unleashed with this 3dfx card ?
i cant choose higher than 1024 x 768.

2. i know its PII system, but 3dmark 2000 gave me a score of 953. it seems low to me, my 3dfx voodoo3 8mb is so much modded and overclocked, is it a normal score ? ( porsche runs so nicely )

3. Porsche unleashed in D3D at 1024 x 768 with max details runs bad, fraps show between 18fps to 28fps after a racing complete, is it normal with this p2 system and overclocked v3 8mb card ? But in glide mode same settings it seems 60 fps to me. i played glide instead in porsche.
