I've switched my old IO card (which was rusty and unstable) to the new one - Koutech 557A v2.0 (https://theretroweb.com/expansioncards/s/koutech-557a-v3-0 only v2.0) and my gotek flash floppy stopped working. The floppy is being identified (i.e. no error during the boot process) but when I try to open it with "A:" I get general failure error (although I see that led is blinking and gotek is trying to do smth). Unfortunately I don't have proper floppy drive to test.
The same exact flash works perfectly fine when I use old I/O card.

Is there a chance it can be fixed with some jumper settings or the new card is faulty?

There's quite a few jumper settings that may affect the operation of the floppy controller on this card

https://theretroweb.com/expansioncard/documen … a1270820745.pdf

The jumpers should be the following by default if it's the only floppy controller in the system;

Floppy drive interface enabled --- JP1/C Pins 1 & 2 closed
Floppy drive order is normal (A:, B:) --- JP1/D Pins 1 & 2 closed
Floppy drive primary --- JP1/E Pins 1 & 2 closed
DACK 2 (FDC) --- W1/F Open --- W1/G Open --- W1/H Pins 2 & 3 closed
DMA 2 (FDC) --- JP2/G Open --- JP2/H Open --- JP2/I Pins 2 & 3 closed

Thank you, I've carefully analyzed the jumpers positions and it turned out that DACK and DMA were not aligned for FDC (why would anyone set it up like that, I wonder). I've set them both to 2 and it worked!
