Oh I got more updates and news on this rig.
THE BUILT IN USB 1.0 DOES NOT WORK WITH MANY SETUPS AND OS CHOICES. IT ONLY WORKED BEST W VOODOO 3 2000 PCI + WINDOWS 98 SE or Pref ME. ME WAS MORE STABLE W USB Enabled (its USB 1.0 pre USB 1.0 being decided upon hence buggy)

If you want to upgrade to a fast PCI Gpu like Nvidia or AMD you will have issues unless you disable USB. I can attest to be able to boot w USB, Parallel and Serial Disabled. At first I thought it was the ISA Sound card but its def the build in USB pre 1.0 port that acts up w different PCI Gpus, Works fine w Voodoo2 or 3 so far that's all I have tested. For ATI Radoen or Nvidia cards (ive tested PCI AIW 7200 radeon 32mb and PCI MX 4000 128mb) had to disable USB.

I was able to get 1920x1080 on Unreal Tournament and MDK2 at playable framerate
MDK2 = 30fps approx maybe 24 lowest
UT = 22-30fps
OS WINDOWS 2000 ( Win98 I have to reinstall its very buggy obviously since old, ME is actually less buggy for more complex upgrades)
