Hello, I bought a Sony VGN-TT laptop (also called PCG-4Q1M). It had Windows 7 and everything worked fine. However, I prefer Windows XP, so I decided to upgrade. As you can see this function is only available on Win Vista+:

User32.dll (that exports this function) is a core component so I do not think you can do anything about it.

Damn, that's really bad news. I won't change the system, and this program only allowed software shutdown of one device. Otherwise, instead of 3 at once, use the hardware button 🙁
