3DMark2000 was made before everyone knew how to take advantage of T&L (which is why I never use it personally) so i'd prefer 2001 in this case. Also mind that it's an MX card - MX is a slower budget variant, and in the case of a Geforce4MX, doesn't have pixel shaders, making it more of a Geforce2 revision. Also you'll probably want to up the DirectX install as well since GF4 came out after 8.1 and holding DX back may cause disreprancy with driver behavior. Holding an installed DirectX back to the video card's 'class' is usually crap advice as it's not just about a 3d API.

Also according to what ive seen online, the MX460 is faster than the Geforce 2 TI/Ultra and the GF3 TI 200 in these tests.
