I've added i-force emulated device to dosbox.
It can map forces to a connected FFB device like a joystick or a racing wheel.
Can also map some forces as emulated rumble, compatible with many gamepads.

Immersion i-force 1.0 (serial + gameport)
Tested with Need for Speed Special Edition, DOS version.
Also tested with Immersion tester app (from https://www.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php … driverid=137120)

Immersion i-force 2.0 (serial only?)
Not tested at all

Both versions should be compatible with DOS and Windows.

I hope to release source code in the near future.
Will be cool to see this being integrated into other PC emulators.
