You can use Panasonic FR without any issue, nothing will happen, I've used them to recap 50+ boards.
On the CPU VRM there are multiple caps in parallel anyway, so effective ESR will be much lower. As long as the caps don't heat up excessively (which they surely won't) and you won't notice any instability, you are good.
