JSTWSS should work fine too, since the read register part was already tested by you in JSTWSR, and the write part is borrowed from Unique's board manual with very minor modification. Mind, that the attached versions in the dedicated thread are the final ones with some small improvements in the output messages and the code.

My SCSI card returns to me so i test TU.COM utility
It gives me:
1) ISA VGA BIOS permormane boost from 1835 cps up to 2138 cps
2) HDD speed bost form 475KB/sec up to 535KB/sec

My SCSI card returns to me so i test TU.COM utility
It gives me:
1) ISA VGA BIOS permormane boost from 1835 cps up to 2138 cps
2) HDD speed bost form 475KB/sec up to 535KB/sec

TU.COM always just sets the WS register byte value to 0x95 for:
Onboard ROM WS = 1
Onboard RAM WS = 0
Onnoard I/O WS = 1
Slot RAM WS = 1
Slot I/O WS = 2

For example, with my JSTWSS tool you can change also the I/O wait states to lower values by using command line switches like "JSTWSS /RA:0 /IO:0 /SI:1" and this will set Onboard RAM WS to 0 (like J6 jumper removed), Onboard I/O WS to 0 and Slot I/O WS to 1.

So now it skips error about "no 640KB RAM" and gives next error "no supported disk controller found")))
I thin its developed to support some JUKO MFM or IDE controller and not compatible with all controllers

So, the HDD cache driver CCACHE.SYS version 3.00 doesn't work with SCSI HDDs, which is sad. But will it it work with IDE HDDs (there are few 8-bit ISA IDE controller cards out there)?

And I have one more unpleasant surprise for you. It's about TURBO.COM ver.2.00 (and probably also STURBO.COM ver. 3.00) CPU speed switching TSR. It won't work on boards with non-native BIOSes like your Juko ST with modern GlaBIOS. I already have a release for working TURBO substitute without NEL/Juko BIOS dependency for CPU speed switching, but I also have zero feedback for my JSTWSS tool here, so I may share the new CPU speed switching tool on another more retro PC oriented place.

Its interesting and maybe later i and my friend Indrekis have time to insestigate disk cache driver deeper.
I dont use TSR for turbo/deturbo but your newly-made utilities are great.

Ok, I hope, that you and your friend Indrekis will achieve success in fixing the disk caching driver version 2.00. And meanwhile I'm struggling to add new feature to the turbo mode switching TSR fior unloading from memory...

And what do you mean, that my new tools for VDL C1 dhipset "are great"? It will be enough, if they just work as intended on the real hardware 😉

P.S. I can also add non-TSR very small utilities for turbo-on, turbo-off, and turbo-reset-to-swich, if someone could find them useful. I found an usecase for them in .bat-files, when some DOS software is CPU speed sensitive and written for the very first IBM XT with 8088 at 4.77MHz speed (mostly some early DOS games). So one could make bat-file with turbo-off -> game -> turbo-on/reset.
