This specific model seems to be rather rare. All the ones that I've managed to find are Assembly 000410.
Interestingly enough, finding the five Compaq CGA (VDU) models wasn't as difficult as I thought it could be.
Turns out it has been posted on vogons itself: Enhanced color graphics II - Compaq Deskpro 286 EGA card
I was initially searching the internet for "000471" and "compaq" "ega", and those didn't bring that page up.
So it's just a highly integrated variant of the compaq EGA, similar to the 000525 CGA. I guess I should've expected that.
