Forceware.382.69.10-6-2026
750Ti - DP - XG27UQDMS (Asus 4k Oled)

4k 60hz works with DP
2560x1440 works @ 120hz
1920x1080 works @ 240hz
1024x768 works @ 240hz

2560x1440 froze up @ 165hz.
2560x1440 went black @ 144hz. Windows XP said it worked, but I didn't see it.

Thank you SupraGSX. You have made my dream come true. Thank you.

No problem!

Please try this linked version it should be even better

10-6-2026 is outdated and there's been several improvements since then.

Install new version using custom install then clean install to overwrite the older version.

This is an experimental build with high pixel clocks. Nvidia recommended limits of 225mhz on fermi and 297mhz on kepler and Maxwell 1. But since your screenshot demonstrated 340mhz, that's the cap on this one. Should fix you gt730 issue and hopefully fixes your p620 issue as well. This version updates firmware to match what the p620 launch driver had.

Please let me know if both are fixed.

Thanks

Unfortunately, no changes from the previous release:
max 1920 x 1080 for the GT730
error code 10 for the P620

Has anyone tested a Titan Xp? That's the most powerful Windows XP card now right?

Yes, people have been fiddling with TXp on XP, but it's still very buggy. It's the reason this came about to begin with. If we can somehow get the GTX 900/10/ and RTX 20/30-series working on XP, we'll have a HUGE pile of low-power high-end cards for retro gaming builds, to tide us over until there are more remasters of the XP-era titles that can be run on today's Windows.

Focus on Pascal, Volta+ stuff needs 64-bit to 32-bit.

I think the ability to run 1080 Ti on Windows XP already exceeds any expectations.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

I have a 24Gb P6000 Quadro which I want to test but if the Titan XP is having issues then the P6000 will also since for me its the same GPU just with double the Vram, so Ill wait to see if the Titan XP gets more support before I shock and Awe XP with it.

I am super curious how XP will handle a 24Gb GPU.

@SupraGSX

The Forceware 382.69 (10-12-2026) driver installs correctly on GTX960 and GTX1050 but gives BSOD 7E on GT730.

The "good" 730 is only a kepler, 2 generations behind, and the bad one is a fermi I think so what's the obsession with trying pascal specific drivers on it???

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

Please take a look to my previous post:
Re: Pascal GPU support in WinXP

Line 867 of the nv4_dispi.inf file included in the Forceware.382.69 package lists the ID Hardware of the GT730 graphics card.

Where did you read that Forceware.382.69 is a driver specifically for Pascal graphics cards?

I ordered a Quadro P2200. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

I wanted a Titan XP, but it won't fit in my Fragbox. Even the P4000 will be a tight fit.

Thanx so much for this wonderful breakthrough! The ability to run pascal cards with XP is an amazing development for retro builds, especially the possibility of an ultimate XP/7 build with a 1080 ti gpu. Not to mention the Dp/hdmi options unlocked for Xp. I would very much appreciate anyone reporting their performance with pascal cards on XP, especially if anyone has a 1080ti and could post some benchmark results on Xp.

I don't know where or who is giving you information but this came about solely because I have a multiboot system that can only fit 3 gpu 🤣

Originally I had voodoo 3, 4090, and 980ti. I wanted to be able to use my 1080ti in windows 7 but I didn't want to lose xp compatibility. So I built this driver for a 1080ti specifically.

I wasn't even going to release it publicly but I shared it with Omores and he put it in a video. From the comments it seemed there was more interest in it than I thought there'd be so I put it out.

In addition the only titan xp bug report I've seen is from the 64 bit driver that's not mine. I've heard of no bugs at all on titan xp on the current version of Forceware 382.69 (10-12). If you have any evidence otherwise please add it to the GitHub issues list.

No explanation for that as no kepler code has been altered. Very odd

Titan xp isn't having issues.

Unlikely but possible. The p2200 came out in mid 2019 the driver firmware for the other gp106 cards is from 376.84. So unless Nvidia kept it the exact same for 2.5 years I doubt it works. Use a P4000 is my advice that's fully tested, faster, and single slot.

No problem. My GT730 is already working fine at 3440 x 1440 for almost a year thanks to the pixel clock mod.
I thought it appropriate to report that issue because resolving it might be helpful to other users of the identical card model who do not know how the pixel clock modification.

Some news about the error code 10 for the Quadro P620 (GP107)?

I just bought a P620 to test with so I can't say for certain until I get it.

My hypothesis is the P620 is almost 2 years newer than the firmware I ported to make the other gp107 GPU work. So I expect it's not compatible with the older sec2/acr/fecs firmware. I'm working on getting gt 1030 to work right now so I'll looked into it after. If you post your issues on GitHub I'll follow up when I get time.

Unfortunately I can't keep buying random GPUs to fix issues. I've already bought 5 that I don't need for any other reason than to get them working for other people (including a kepler one). I do want to make it work for as many people as I can it's just not financially feasible to be able to validate every one. I've tried to get one from every die family and hope that works for most other cards in the family. I hope you understand.

I understand perfectly. I’m truly very grateful to you, not only because you modified a driver to make it compatible with XP (and who knows how much time you spent on it), but also because buying GPUs just to ensure their compatibility and proper functioning is truly extraordinary. Not everyone would do that.

Thank you so much for all your hard work. You are a truly kind and helpful person.
And I’m really sorry you had to buy a P620 as well.

Let me know if I can help you with any tests with the GT1030.

I very much enjoy the troubleshooting and getting them working so don't feel bad at all. Its just the fact I can't buy every card I would if I could 🤣.

I'll have a GT 1030 experimental driver soon. I got it to load and got the 3d acceleration working for a few days now. It's just very different from what the host xp side of the driver expects. Alot of translation layers to get clock gates and power transition states working. I've got it fairly stable now. I want to test it a little more before releasing but it's coming.
