I think these should be ok. IRQ 5 is sometimes needed for SB emulation, though dosbox defaults to 9.

The address ranges need to be different from Rendition. Some Speedy3D apps have weird hardcoded addresses and completely ignore what the PCI device query registers return. I have no idea why. I think for any additional video devices being emulated, a different address range should be used.

Got everything spaced correctly and some polygonal content is being rendered as a series of Quads. Texturing is still broken.
