It rotates the view and the arrow keys move the carpet. The sprites and the world map are still missing.

mc1 has speed that depends on amount of cpu cycles so it is a nightmare to play
but there is a patch for software version to make it stable 24fps just like in mc2

The vlb version controls ok, I think the game runs off the vsync interrupt. The software version is unplayable.

what do you mean by unplayable - should be playable you just need to use fixed cycles and adjust them to get right speed - of course it is different for high res and different for low res and if more stuff appears on the screen you need more cycles and if less you need less - as a result it is not very playable indeed. 😀

if you need software for testing just use the patch 😀 with cycles max

The vlb version is controllable with cycles set max 105%

should be the same with software version if you use the patch 😀
