Not sure if that works for imgmount. Any way just hex-edit the image if you really need that changed.

It doesn't.

But also doesn't matter. The problem was the buggy daggerfall installer not recognizing free space (solution, run with parameter: install.exe /u).

Or just use the -freesize switch when you mount the C drive.
