I found a seller with what he says is a Baby AT style 486 motherboard with 7 16-bit ISA, 1 8-bit ISA and 3 PCI slots on it. How the hell do you fit 11 slots on a Baby AT motherboard? There's no photo, though, because it's one of those business websites where they sell vintage parts not ebay. Wouldn't a Baby AT be a little small for so many slots?
