I've uploaded those drivers from subhuman in my compilation. Just waiting for the upload to get accepted by you 😀

The new version is called v1.2. You can delete the previous entries.

What do you mean "accepted by me"?

Just uploaded:
dgVoodoo 1.50 Beta3 source, open-sourced under LGPL. Thanks again to Dege.

I will probably remove/move it when The Wrapper Collection Project goes online.

Just found this CD:

ti0l.jpg

What do you guys think, is it worth uploading?

edit: attached README.TXT, CATALOG.TXT, and a list of all files/dirs on the disc.

Yeah, looks like a neat collection!

And from the looks of it, the POD and "SABREACE" (??) are shareware versions.

Chuck it on, I reckon.

Found 135 bad sectors while ripping... I'll let it read the bad sectors overnight, see if they can be recovered.

The disc contains four games, all shareware: POD, Tomb Raider 1 and 2, and Sabre Ace (looks like a Glide/D3D2 flight sim?).

There's a steady flow is shit-stains trying to attack the site using a Joomla exploit. Most of these hits are using some kiddies tool showing a User-agent of "BOT/0.1 (BOT for JCE)".

Of course this has been unsuccessful, as Joomla is not used on the site in any way/shape/form.

I made some tweaks to the .htaccess file, and added a line to the HTTP 403 error message screen, just in case they're paying attention. 😀

Aww shit, almost forgot about that CD. I'm trying to put together a list of all drivers/versions on this disc right now. There seems to be a lot more stuff on here than mentioned in the readme. Including even more shareware games I've never heard of.

Finally finished uploading. Here's the links:

I used a multipart 7z because my broadband connection is... not so broadband. And a bit unstable at times. You can unzip it and upload the single 7z file inside.

I have some 3dfx related stuff which I wouldn't mind sharing, will you create an account for me?

Also, as a suggestion for improving the site, maybe each upload should have a picture to prevent confusion, since there can be different revisions etc

Yeah man, I can make you an account no worries.

There is a facility for uploads to have an accompanying picture, it's just that most of them don't. 😜

Thanks for that! OK, here is the deal: One of the things I have here is that Diamond Multimedia Super CD which is already uploaded (file name DSCD_2_98.ISO), but mine happens to span 2 CDs which are marked 1.2/98 and 2.2/97, respectively. Shall I upload either or both of them?

Wasn't aware of this being called "Trolling for Beginners"...

Anyway, stuff's all up now 😀

Been lurking here for a long time and finally posting. I spent several hours getting my old lunchbox EISA 486 networked (in DOS, using MS client and what turned out to be a very obscure ISA nic) last night and had help from the driver library! So I went through my old floppy collection and found a few I didn't see in the list:

Gravis Joystick Utilities
Logitech Mouseware 8

Also, this technically isn't a driver so not sure if it should be added, but it is a blast of nostalgia for anyone who had a packard bell 386 (like I did!) 😀

Thanks everyone!

This thread seems more fitting than the one I posted this in so I moved my post here.

I found a good source for rare and not so rare audio drivers.
Parhaps it would be good to create a mirror of this FTP or just download all drivers for future use in case it disapeers.

http://download.solodrivers.com/gestor_downloads/tsonido/
The above link is for audio drives but there are other directories for other types of hardware in the parent directory.

I noticed that this FTP has been linked once before here on Vogons but that link only points to a specific file.
There was no information that the FTP actually hosts ALOT of drivers.

New PC: i9 12900K @5GHz all cores @1.2v. MSI PRO Z690-A. 32GB DDR4 3600 CL14. 3070Ti.
Old PC: Dual Xeon X5690@4.6GHz, EVGA SR-2, 48GB DDR3R@2000MHz, Intel X25-M. GTX 980ti.
Older PC: K6-3+ 400@600MHz, PC-Chips M577, 256MB SDRAM, AWE64, Voodoo Banshee.

I found the drivers on a floppy for a older InterAct ProPad 6 Serial gamepad. I also have the drivers for Gallant SC-4000. Are these worth it to be uploaded?
