How would I use DOS mode in Windows ME? 98SE2ME gives me a error saying it can't fimd "Program".
How would I use DOS mode in Windows ME? 98SE2ME gives me a error saying it can't fimd "Program".

Have you tried to find the problematic program in your install of 98SE2ME with MSCONFIG?

The correct way is the WinME bootdisk.
Theoretically you can replace standard WinME io.sys and msdos.sys to bootdisk versions. And get DOS 8.0/WinME dualboot mode. IIRC there even was a custom patch...
If you want to add "restart in MSDOS mode" as the shutdown choice and .pifs - don't know.

The program puts stuff in the "Program Files" folder. It can only find "Program" though, which of course. Isn't a folder.
I still don't know how to fix it.
It only does this after Install. Only one time in fact.
