Yes, but a tip is to add some protection in the back so they stay put inside the case, like I've done:

Vetz does it alright putting esd safe foam underneath.
As cpu's can shift or move around in the jewel case high static energy can be generated as jewel cases are not esd safe at all.
You keep those processors from moving around, or you are gently killing them when youre moving them around and if they are moving inside fast.
If youre storing them for gold scrap only it is no problem of course, otherwise place the cpu pins on esd safe foam.
