Dosbox 0.74 weird thing

I have dosbox 0.74 loaded on 2 other systems. So I copied the exact commands to get everything mounted. No matter what I do it won't mount C on this system.

# Lines in this section will be run at startup.
# You can put your MOUNT lines here

mount C "c:\dos"
mount D "d:\" -t cdrom -ioct1

Mount A "A:\" -t floppy

This command above works like a charm on my other machines why not this one?

All machines have win 7 64 bit on them. This one is higher end but, nothing that should bother dosbox

You have written I-O-C-T-one and not I-O-C-T-L . The latter is correct.

But this is a secondary concern. As Qbix asks, do you have a c:\dos folder?
