I'm in the process of choosing my first ever Tualatin CPU, and I just want to know a few things:
- I just learned that GA-6VTXE can accept Tualatin 1.4 /133/512 CPUs. This is sure?
- The manual says it can accept 370-pin FC-PGA2 CPUs, though it does not mention Tualatins speceifically. This mean I don't need a modified CPU, right?
- SL5XL and SL6BY. Which one of these Tualatins should be preferred, or actually, is there any difference at all?
- Is a stock AMD cooler for Athlon 64 will be ok for this CPU? I'm using it for my current coppermine 1000MHz with pretty good results - massive compared to stock Intel PIII coolers.
