Is it possible to install a real verison of DOS in DOS Box?
Yes, Create an image of a floppy with DOS on it and use the BOOT command in dosbox to load the floppy.
k.. it is possible to run ms-dos command.com on dosbox ?or ndos or 4dos?
Don't be so hard
I remember running COMMAND.COM from FreeDOS very long time ago in order to decrease amount of DOS memory (it was before "loadfix" command was implemented).
So I guess there should not be any problem (apart from general problem with MS DOS checking version number). Anyway - just try it and you will see.

How do I create an image for DOSBox?
For floppies: WinImage (shareware).
For HD images: se Bochs web (the program bximage.exe - the one used for creating images in Bochs).

Can I also create images in Nero (using image recorder)?
No. It's for CD images. Even then dosbox doesn't support it's NRG format.
Actually, you can make .ISO CD images with nero 😉
