The motherboard uses the Phoenix BIOS, the buzzer emits a 1-3-3 alarm sound, I don't know the memory slot of the board is simm1, simm2, simm3 and so on ...

I am 99% positive I have the same dx25 motherboard - no idea what it is but you need at least a floppy controller installed so it can successfully boot. Bios is accesses through a dos program give me some time to search my thread here...
As for the model/make I have no idea...

yep, same board here is my thread: How to enter old Phoenix 386 BIOS?
I assume you want to install more memory, you need either SIPP memory to stick to those sockets or you can insert in them normal 30pin simm sockets and use simm memory or replace those sockets with simm sockets.
