I see - i might try the Catalyst drivers instead then
However - i'd still like to know - is there an FMV at the end of Natla's Mines?

I guess as it's not been suggested it can't be done, but is there not a way to copy the entire CD contents to the HDD and run it from there ruling out the CD / DVD rom drive and CD? (assuming of course it's not corrupting the files during the copy...).
I've had this on and off but mostly first time the FMV / Cut scene plays. when I restart the game from a previous save and try again the FMV / Cut scene plays Ok. The lead in titles crashed first time also, always seems to be first time as if the drive or something can't keep up and second time it's as if it's managed to cache enough of it the previous time to work...
(Shouldn't be a pc unable to keep up in my case as it's virtually a top end system..........)
Have you tried editing glidos.ini, and changing
VESASupport: Yes
to
VESASuport: No
?
Yes i've tried changing the VESASupport to No but that didn't seem to make a difference
The cut scenes seem to cause the game to crash every time - not just once or twice - i've tried getting it to work many times with no success...
It is probably my laptop - i will see if it can work on my desktop
I am having this problem also, The FMV after Tomb of Tihocan didn't seem to play all of it and the game crashes when the FMV is supossed to start after the Santuary of the Scion. In the Glidos server message box it says Winclose, then Glidos shutdown on the next line.

Are you using the Audio pack?
Not using the audio pack. I have my disc from back in '96. I tried the vesa yes/no thing, didn't work. I tried some older video drivers, didn't werk, even tried an older glidos, that didnt work. I'm out of idea's, not that I knew alot to begin with.
Try turning off redbook support.
that did it, thanks for the help.
Yeah, but now you have no background sounds. You could try installing the audio pack.
