Thank you, pool7. I'll have to try the 5570 and 5572 drivers and there are indeed chances that the card will work.
Mostly I'm hoping that the MPU-401 port will work in DOS.
The only card that 100% supports MPU-401 in bare DOS is Roland SCP-55. All other cards support it in Windows.

Yeah, I've gone along this path with same result. I was also looking through old snapshots of ratoc website on archive.org. But no luck there as well. Found even their prehistoric website from 1996 https://web.archive.org/web/19970701035825/ht … lish/home.shtml But there are no drivers at all there.
