No unless some one is patching the driver or port ReactOS Driver over.

yes why not ? it works also with Windows 10. But only in 1200 Baud unless someone comes up with a patched Serial Mouse Driver for it.

I also used it already on Sun Ultra 10 on Solaris (Sparc Platform)

it works with Microsoft Mouse and Logitech Protocol.
There is Software to setup the Protocol and the Speed.

Tracking Speed is great, as i play mostly FPS Games on DOS its really an Improvement over RS232 Mice with Ball.
I like to play with optical Serial Mouse 😀

Some basic cheap 3D printer case would be nice, i not like these open PCBs..

did anything ever become of the effort to modify the firmware to support the logitech baud rate switch command to allow for 9600 baud with unmodified logitech drivers?

Here's the fab list including positions, listed in millimeters (X/ Y/ orientation - which is very helpful, as the board doesn't have markings for all parts):

And here is a BOM I just quickly created from my Digikey order (please verify before ordering - there might also be cheaper parts available. Apart from the resistors, which came from my own stack, this is just what I picked):

Just remembered that I didn't include the 6 Pin header - you can use e.g. this or any one other one and break off what you need: S2011EC-20-ND

Oh, and one more thing: you can't use the TL866II plus's ICSP port to program the ATTINY2313A on board, mine only knows it through the ZIF socket, so you need a 20 pin SOIC to DIP adapter for it (and only solder it afterwards). Or, of course, the AVRISP mk2 and ATMEL studio, which is what I ended up using to program the already soldered chip through the pin headers.

And bought one I have. Very nice product - works right out of the box.

I am curious, though, about the D1-D3 and J1 parts of the board. I can't seem to find any documentation for this particular version of the board. Any hints?

Thanks,

This is just ISP Programming Header, there should be none onboard.
Don`t be confused.
