I've followed the instructions here to try and install a SB16 CT4170 in Windows NT 4.0:

But I never get the "New hardware found" popup after installing pnpisa.inf and restarting. It's as if my card is not plugged in at all. I'm using the Zida Tomato 4DPS motherboard, with an AMD 5x86. The sound works just fine in Win 98 which is dualbooted with NT4 on this setup, so it's probably not the card. In the past, I used the same instructions as above to get a PnP SB16 working under NT in a different 5x86 build. So I'm really stumped as to why it's not working on my new setup.
There are no options like "Plug-n-play OS" in the BIOS. Also, I got this error when trying to start the PNP ISA Enabler Driver under Devices, but I'm not sure it's related:
Thanks in advance!
