is it possible to create a shortcut that will start a game with dosbox instead of start the game everytime through dosbox and do all the process of mounting that can be long and annoying ?
if yes, how to create that shortcut ?

you can do what you want to do.
most information for that can be found on this forum or in a file called readme.

A frontend can be found on the download part of the dosbox website.
It's a utility that keeps tracks of all settings of all games and makes running the game a simple click.
if you download
D-Fend or DBGL then the frontend can make shortcuts for you.
