Also picked this up on eBay today for very little money - the screen has stopped working so might be fun to fix. (Seller's photos)
Toshiba Satellite T2150CDS 75MHz intel 486DX, CD drive Windows 95
I have a T2150CDT myself. Remove the wake battery (open the hood, remove the main battery, move the plastic anti-static piece, remove the 4-5 screws, and remove the 7.2V NiMH battery and clean the corrosion off before it's too late.
If you need the drivers and utilities, I'll send a link to all of it.
Oh. Before I forget, a floppy drive from a Satellite Pro 400 Series will work with it as well (tested myself since the original broke on me).
So it turned up today and I checked where you said and there's just a coin cell rechargeable battery with no leakage?

The machine worked fine for about 15-20 mins - I got into Windows 95, even played some games, (even the battery worked for about 10 mins!) but I had a few random crashes then tried copying over some files from a CD and it froze and now I can hardly get it to boot at all- it just hangs on a bare DOS prompt even. Sometimes I've even had this screen saying the BIOS is damaged come up on a couple of boots! (Sorry for poor quality picture).

Are these easy to take apart? Is there a heatsink on the CPU or something that might need new paste? Is there a fan that's failed even? I'm going to leave it for a bit and try again later.
Cheers,
Steve
