Hi, I'm new here and wasn't sure if this was the right place to ask. I'm trying to get my config settings up for I. M. MEEN and whenever I choose any of the settings it says "ERROR Could Not Save Configuration File". I'm confused as to why this is happening.

I currently have I. M. MEEN installed on my computer and I played it before I even found out about DOSbox. This includes my CD which is required to play this game and I also have folder called MEENDATA on my C drive which only has my saved games on it and a few other files, (CD has MEEN.exe and INSTALL.exe). Is there any solution to correct this?

Here's my System Specs just in case:
Windows XP SP2
256MB RAM
Intel P4 Processor 2.0 Ghz

Thanks, I hope I can finally hear and play I. M. MEEN again the way it's meant to be played!

Did you try a fresh install of the game from inside DOSBox?

It should work:

I didn't try that but I have to type "install" after I mount the CD-Rom drive and it brings up the Configuration file. I already do have the game installed and I don't want to remove it with the fear of never being able to play it again.

That is the beauty of DOSBox!! You simply give it a fresh folder to install into, and it won't touch your current install.

60 Seconds Guide to DOSBox.

If that doesn't help, come back with details on how you mounted your C and D drives, how you did the install, how you configured sound, music etc.

Thank you so much!!! I just started it with full sound and music! I can't get full screen to work though, I received an error after I pressed ALT-ENTER. Any way to fix this? Again, thank you so much!
