Are you trying to run the game Full Throttle, then? Are you using the standard version of DOSBox? Is the sound correct with standard settings?

Could you post your DOSBox config file? That might shed some light on this. Perhaps also your full system specs instead of just "Good PC Intel core 7 .quadro card ...16giga of ram" ?
