I found this listing on eBay for MoSYS MDRAM chips. I am picking up 2 for one my ET6000 cards to upgrade it to 4MB. At $7.80 each that is a pretty decent price. Just thought I would pass this along.

And what is the price? Do they really have it on stock? Once I tried to order something from utsource that was listed to be on stock I just got reply they don't have it so I'm a bit suspicious to such kind of shops...

I have no idea of the current situation, when I had to upgrade the memory of my ET6000 and ET6100 I ordered the chip there and they worked fine.
I also opened a topic back in time because different ET6x00 used different memories and it was a bit of a tribulation to understand what was wrong:

Last buy from utsource:
- received ViA 693A instead of ordered 693
- 693 was quoted at ~1 USD, after payment they sent email there was a mistake and the part would cost ~10 USD, had to remargin
- got fake RAMs: heavily sanded down and re-labeled (Samsung TSOP DDR 3.3ns), of course not working at this speed

Got a refund for both but it really was a hassle with many mails back and forth.
Luckily I'd made a video of the complete unpacking because ... you never know and it's better to have evidence than to have not.

Yes, that's why I don't trust such eshops. On aliexpress I expect that it may not work if it's sold for suspicious low price but I always got some kind of refund when something didn't work and the price I paid was as it was offered, no dirty game...
I have a chance to get some ET6000 card with canibalized (desoldered) memory chips so it seems I'd need at least one to make it alive...
