At first it doesn't look like a match, but when you dig into the documentation it's pretty damn close.

idk about your application but I have that riser shown in post above and it works when I have tried to use it for stuff 😀

I think that what you need is an EXT-PCI (without the G) - its a nuisance becasue I have never found a case that would fit the configuration honestly - but I found mine on RS Components randomly!
The same with the USB header adapter, so that I could wire up front UISB.

I wish someone would come up with a legit pci full atx drop in extension board for mini atx mobos. With proper screw holes and everything.
