Quick note...
The comp/svideo are fed into the Ti 4200. I assume to use the cards capture capability?
There is a TV card input on the motherboard.
i woulfd have thought the comp/svideo would be inputs being on the front panel, but if it does connect directly to the GPU it likely would be an output as ive never seen a gpu with video inputs, a weedeewee said it probably connects to the TV card which would make more sense, the one i had was a phillips/medion branded one, i just googled it and theres another variant that doubles as a network adapter, that would plug in the blue pci slot which is for dual function pci cards, it also has a yellow connector on the tv card so must link with the front panel/GPU somehow, would be interesting to find out how it all works, though finding drivers for the tv card might be difficult.

This makes much more sense. More so since the MB has connectors for AV as well.
That's almost certainly the missing card, and now I want one. I sort of want to rebuild this machine.
It was connected to the GPU, so I assume the ports were double duty? Outputs when connected to this Ti 4200, or inputs if you have the TV tuner.
For reference. Took the pic below immediately after pulling the GPU. Yellow was connected to GPU. White is just a modem. I assume where the dual TV/Modem card would be.
you're probably right depending on how its setup could be input or output, the modem might be an original part if it is it would have a medion sticker on the bottom, in which case the tv card might have been the model without the network part, if its not a medion part then its probably a combo tv card.
also your pic reminded me i saw one on ebay a while back and made sure to save a pic of the inside, it shows the tv card but wont help much with the wiring.

looking at the distance from the metal part of the tuner and the connectors it looks like this might be the correct card rather than the one i posted above.

if it were me i'd definitley keep it as is, its over 20years old and theres probably not many left that are still complete, if you do manage to get it all back together a thread on it would be cool 😀
