Did you know that ATi Rage Pro is capable emulate Voodoo games with dgVoodoo v1.50 Beta2?
In these two videos its slower PCI card, with AGP/RageXL AGP you may get better performance!

I have used NFS2 with RagePro@3DFX
I will try Screamer2 and ScreamerRally

Nothing stopping you from writing a Glide-to-CIF wrapper either. CIF should support most if not all of the Glide features.

That would be something new. 😀
You have done it with VIRGE S3D

S3d is too limited in features for a general Glide wrapper unless you do some of the effects in software, but ATI's CIF should be another matter. There's no Rage 3D emulation though so development is more tedious.

The PCI versions of the Rage 3 are already a great alternative to the Voodoo 1.
With support for GLide, for me, they would already be the definitive graphics card for Socket 7 computers.
But it seems that the modern Rage XL PCI will not achieve support for CIF.

Recently i bought one Rage Pro Turbo PCI 4MB (without upgrade option) and i have one Rage Pro 4MB PCI with memory slot.

Better glide would be ideal, they are perfect cards also to run with Voodoo / Voodoo2.

From Rage XL PCI (4752) i wanted to make some brake and i felt that i wanted to play
some games with RagePro/XL AGP and look how it really works out, still not ideal yet.
😀

I'm not concerned about the lack of ATI CIF for the 4752s, as they already meet my needs without any problems with DirectX and OpenGL. It would be interesting for the exclusivity.
Nowadays, reproductions of many things are manufactured and they are all very expensive, but the 4752s prove that this does not have to be the case, which is the main reason why I like them.
All the games I've tried so far that can run on a Pentium or Pentium MMX run well on the 4752. That type of computer was the one I had with limited functionality, and the 4752 was the solution; your drivers worked magic with them. Although I haven't had much time to try them out lately.

I can share 3dcif sdk and some 3dcif information, but for me its more like chinese language if i would start making cif-glide wrapper myself at the moment. They are all Mach64 2D cores and Rage/Rage2/Rage3 cards have CIF. I can try to find more documents and stuff if needed, Thank you!

I've got the SDK but no interest for now. I don't think there are many practical benefits to a wrapper like this, just something you'd do for fun.

I get you, you have to have that pull to do it, all good!

Added Mach64SDK. There is Rage128SDK (rage128sdk1-4.exe) that i do not have at the moment, but i also have RadeonSDK files.
