If you can’t find a ferrite bead (which is what you’ll be advised to use) or a 0-ohm SMD resistor, it’s actually quite simple to make a neat one yourself.
Tap the tinned wire (for example, 0.32 mm CAT5 Ethernet cable) three or four times with a hammer, then cut it with a craft knife.
It will be fairly inconspicuous and won’t stand out.
This sort of decision is typical over-engineering from ATI, who did everything exactly by the book.
