yes it does, but thats normal. I can always use for normal2x or 3x for scaler to get rid of the bars (draw them off the display), in windowed mode. I've tried a lot of different configs, all with the same results. DOSBox doesnt even go to fullscreen mode when the gfx card is rotated to portrait. I get a window 1920x1080 wide, even though its in portrait mode, 1080x1920. The bars are minimal when this happens, and I dont mind running it in windowed mode, except that the image pins itself to the left side and partially cut off no matter where I move the DOSBox window. If it was centered, it would be almost perfect (except the scale would be just a little off, which I could deal with)
