Alright, few benchmarks from me. For now, only stock results, I will overclock the system in the future, and also finally install XP on it and try it there.
Both systems were identical, just swapped card between runs. Also I benchmark in 32-bit colors full screen (since running in window really tanked the performance, especially on V4), just put it into windowed mode after run because of screenshots.
304.0 FPS, Radeon 9500 @ 9700 (softmod, stock) @ 275/540 MHz (3.10), Pentium E6500K (stock) @ 2.93 GHz, ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 (PT880 Ultra), 256MB DDR RAM, Win 98SE

39.2 FPS, Voodoo4 4500 AGP (stock) @ 166/166 MHz (1.04.01b), Pentium E6500K (stock) @ 2.93 GHz, ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 (PT880 Ultra), 256MB DDR RAM, Win 98SE

And two more runs just for fun, one on my main desktop, and one on my work laptop. Both run in windowed mode, because it doesn't really matter.
932.1 FPS, Radeon RX470 @ 1250/1825 MHz (17.12.1), Core i5 6500 (stock) @ 3.2 GHz, Gigabyte GA-H170-HD3 DDR3 (H170), 16GB DDR3 RAM 1600 MHz, Win 10 x64

292.3 FPS, Intel HD620 @ 1100/1067 MHz (22.20.16.4749), Core i5 7300U (stock) @ 2.6 GHz, Lenovo ThinkPad T470, 8GB DDR4 RAM, Win 10 x64
