I run Windows 2000 on newer AMD boards so I needed a program to handle CPU power management, overclocking, and whatnot. So I made one.

edit:
Tested OS: Windows 2000 with extended kernel, and Windows 7 64-bit.
Tested CPU: Athlon X4 760K (Richland), Athlon II X2 280 (Regor), FX-770K (Kaveri), Ryzen 1500X, Ryzen 3500X, Ryzen 5800X

The usual disclaimers apply: there is NO warranty, overclocking can make your PC burst into flames, etc.

Now also works on Windows 7 64-bit. (Turns out the 32-bit winring0 DLL can load the 64-bit driver...)

Update with Ryzen support (except voltage adjustment). Can now be minimized to the system tray.
