ICR2 widescreen 21:9 now working and 16:9 cockpit view has changed:

- The cockpit is working at 21:9, 32:9 and has been revised for 16:9.
- Dosbox-staging-Rendition should run with displaced sprites with the patched ICR2. This error will be fixed in another test build.
- The exterior of the car while driving won't change colour to match the current car. This will be fixed in a later build.

Dosbox-Rendition is the preferred version of dosbox, at least for the moment.

No, I fixed that the way you suggested. I last tested it in March and the game started up OK.

I still haven't figured out why the menu screens don't update. The game uses front buffer rendering but for some reason, updates don't render something. It can sometimes be triggered by sending a spurious WM_TIMER command but even that's not entirely reliable. It's almost like the device context is locked, though I don't entirely know how that's done.

Once again the cam-car rotates with the camera. If I can fix this I think I can get the cockpit view working perfectly by applying a world offset to both the player car and the rest of the world. The rest of the word works ok, the player/POV car not so much:

This is the first test build with mouse freelook support. It can be disabled by adding the following line, if it doesn't already exist:
[Rendition]
freelook=false
to the dosbox-rendition.conf settings file (dosbox settings button in RLauncher).

The build also supports CGL for the 3D Blaster PCI for the following apps: Battle Arena Toshinden, 21st Century Digitial Boy, Actua Soccer and Euro 96. Virtua Soccer probably works as well. The 3 football games are probably rebadged versions of the same game.
